Job Summary

Sales associate for Arizona Trailers is responsible for generating and closing retail sales for the dealership. The Sales Associate is also responsible for preparing the trailers for sale, maintaining the area and other tasks as instructed by the General Manager. This position is paid hourly with bonuses paid out for every trailer sold at the end of the month.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers.
• Front line operations - staging and preparing the trailers for sale.
• Take sales calls and inquiries from social media sites.
• Price and picture post trailers as they arrive.
• Assist customers as they arrive on the lot and complete the sale.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge.
• Cleaning work areas.
• Opening and Closing off the lot.
• Performs other duties and special functions as delegated or requested by the General Manager.

Experience

No previous direct or indirect sales required; 2+ years of customer service and/or sales. Needs to display integrity, willingness to work hard by taking the initiative to complete tasks without being directed, and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

This position is paid hourly with bonuses paid out for every trailer sold at the end of the month.
